- Shipping & Delivery
- At this time, Lakeside Rocks ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and not to international locations. Nor does Lakeside Rocks ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. Please allow 12 days from the purchase date for your order to arrive, & notify us if you do not receive your order within 12 days. Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, by Insured Priority Mail.
- Sales Tax
- Lakeside Rocks only charges New York State residents sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site, based on the applicable sales tax rate for Dutchess County, NY, where Lakeside Rocks resides. Residents from all other states besides New York will not be charged sales tax.
- Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, return it to us in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase, insuring it for its purchase price plus any tax you paid. The purchase price, including any sales tax, minus shipping costs, will be refunded to the purchaser if the merchandise is received by Lakeside Rocks in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. If you do not insure your return, & it is lost or damaged in transit, we will not refund you for the order. If the order arrived to you damaged, you must return it to us within 14 days of purchase, & we will refund the purchase price, tax, & both of your shipping costs to you (only if you return it via the United States Postal Service, by Insured Priority Mail). If you do not insure returns for their full value plus any tax you paid, we cannot refund you for them if they are lost or damaged in transit.
- Miscellaneous
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel an order before it is shipped, we will refund the purchase price, tax, & shipping fees. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, we must receive the order back from you in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase in order to refund to you the purchase price & tax, minus shipping costs. You should insure the return package for its full purchase price and taxes, because we will not issue a refund if the return is lost or damaged in transit to us.
